An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Handler based on the outskirts of York working within an insurance company.
Your role will involve:
Processing renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
Handling client claims
Assisting with new business
Managing outstanding debt
Ensuring contract certainty
developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and insurers
The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, provide attention to detail, is organised and has exceptional planning skills, has the ability to follow internal processes and procedures, desire to develop and learn, works well in a team. Experience in the field would be desirable, Cert CII qualified or working towards it, familiar with Acturis but not essential.
