Account Development Manager
£23,000 PA OTE £33k - £43k
We are recruiting for one of the world's largest fleet management and vehicle finance companies.
The Account Development Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers with the view of growing the fleet and increasing profitability across the account base. This will be achieved through securing vehicle renewals and uncovering opportunities for growth.
The Account Manager will be responsible for providing a proactive management of the account through regular contact and account reviews, they will also need to gain an understanding of the customer's needs and be able to offer products and services over the telephone.
For this role you will need to be an excellent relationship builder with strong up selling skills, posses the ability to close a sale and identify strong buying signs from clients.
The right candidate will be hardworking and driven, able to focus and meet targets, make a large amount of outbound calls every day but also understand that 50% of the role will be administration based where attention to detail and organisation is paramount.
