Job Description

A dynamic forward thinking and global organisation is looking for you to join a fast paced and busy team that are passionate about customer experience and employee insight. The company pride themselves on driving customer loyalty for the world`s leading brands.

This is a client facing account management and project management role. You will be taking ownership of and looking after clients and being the main point of contact, meeting with clients and building long lasting and strong relationships to drive the results and insight through their businesses. By collecting and analysing customer feedback this insight data is then used to support clients in terms of driving the business forward to increase revenue.As the company grows you will be involved with sales, marketing PR, Strategy and general administration. This is not a sales role and you won`t be working to targets. You will be travelling and seeing clients across the UK 2 days a week and some international travel may occasionally be required.

I am seeking candidates who are passionate about bringing better brand experiences to consumers. You will be educated to degree level and have a 2:1 classified degree. You will need to be used to working to deadlines and work well under pressure. You will have excellent relationship building skills, have advanced skills with Microsoft Office application and you will be working with data and numbers or a daily basis so an analytical /research based approach is essential.

An excellent command of the English Language is required both written and verbal as you will be responding to clients needs as well as presenting clearly and concisely to them.
The level of clients you will be dealing with requires these excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
You will be proactive and be able to manage your time effectively and be proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
