Role - Account Manager
Salary - £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time (flexible around 9-5)
Location - Wantage, Oxfordshire
Benefits - Pension Scheme, Flexi Hours, Free Onsite Parking, Good Holiday Allowance

Do you have experience of using Excel and have great communication skills?
Then look no further, our client are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the company`s Head office in Wantage as a developing Account Manager. Your key role will be to contribute to the service delivery team and assist customers on a range of services/products, whilst ensuring all customer related queries are handled efficiently. The small company are expanding year on year making it a very exciting time to join the team.


What will you be doing as an Account Manager?

  • You will monitor and be responsible for various client accounts
  • Dealing with customer queries and ensuring these are answered efficiently
  • Maintain important information on the system and liaise with third parties
  • Assist the procurement department with information requested from your client accounts
  • Manage changes to contracts and action as required
  • Process billing information and relay to team necessary
  • Send invoices to customers and can explain or demonstrate charges
  • Liaise with finance department if accounts are not paid in term or queries arise
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure payment procedures are as followed in agreement
  • Resolve and obtain credit/savings for customers, ensure your clients accounts are meeting the criteria and are in budget saving targets for them
  • Organise site meetings and schedule maintenance contractors to attend client sites
  • Manage your client account supplies and remove/add where necessary to improve savings for them

You should apply for the role of Account Manager if you have…

  • Previous experience working in an analysing role or at least have an interest to develop
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to be portrayed with confidence
  • Experience working on Excel and computer literate
  • Committed and able to develop own skills with development guidance
  • If you have experience within the energy sector, this would put you at a strong advantage
  • Due to location the successful candidate will need to have access their own transportation
  • Full Training provided on product/service knowledge
