Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning UK education start-up with global reach. In just six years they have become the market leader, dominating their field in the education sector. They are looking for an Accounts Manager to expand their business in the Oxfordshire area on a permanent basis. They are offering a competitive salary of £30,000/annum plus benefits. The normal working hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and 28 days paid holiday per year; the vast majority of these need to be taken during school holidays (plus bank holidays).
Key skills and traits; You are extremely well organised and have the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable. You have excellent attention to detail and an interest in the education sector and careers. You are a confident speaker and have good customer service skills. You will love building relationships with clients and be passionate about the work you carry out.
Your key duties will include; you will work with schools to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement, identifying and promoting the best practice across partner schools. You will be able to deliver targeted, engaging sessions within schools; e.g. workshops or presentations. You will monitor and analyse usage across partner schools; identify schools that need additional support to use the platform effectively. You can listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the platform. You will attend conferences and CPD events on behalf of the company.
