Job Description

How would you like to join a fun and dynamic team as an Account Manager, with a leading telecoms company? My client is looking for someone who has dealt with business accounts and a couple of years experience in doing this. Ideally from a telecoms background, although this is not essential. Full training will be provided.

The company is based in St Albans and they are interviewing now so please get in touch ASAP if this of interest to you.

Salary £21,000
Hours 9-5 Monday to Friday

You will be part of a busy sales team, and your key objective will be building and managing meaningful relationships with their valued Business Partners. You should have a proactive approach to self-development and improvement as well as a positive mental, 'can do' attitude.

Objectives:
o Supporting Partners and Sales team to achieve 100% of company sales target
o Protect company revenue and profit
The role:
o Providing telephone and email support to Partners and Channel Managers
o Training and assisting Partners on placing quotes and orders within the relevant portals
o Providing sales support to Partners via customer calls, demonstrations, and quotes
o Liaising with our Provisioning department, Order Hub, to assist in delivering orders with speed and efficiency
o Work with Customer Experience Account Managers (CEAMs) and Channel Partners to aid customer retention
o Proactively ensure all billing queries are responded to and credits raised promptly
o Maintaining a clear understanding of company systems, reporting mechanisms and product range
o Being a positive influence within the company and an Ambassador for the business

About you:
o Experience in Customer Service/Account Management
o Previous sales experience would be a distinct advantage
o Computer literacy with knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Teams
o Excellent communication skills to help deliver company webinars and assist with inhouse training.
o Good language literacy skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal
o Excellent numerical skills
