Job Description

My Public Sector Client based in Solihull is looking for an Executive Officer level administrator to support their customer planning and performance Account Management team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and will be dealing with telephone enquiries on a daily basis, then adhering to the relevant operating mandate, to produce high level written responses that meet official standards.

You will be working as part of a small team dealing with these enquiries, about all aspects of my clients business. You must have the ability to engage with high profile stakeholders. You must also have the ability to work at pace, to accept, commission and respond to your individual caseload of correspondence within a busy team environment. It is essential that you have the capability to build relationships to discuss specific cases and issues so that contributions are provided in a timely manner. It is also important you manage your caseload effectively to ensure that targets are met.

This role is temporary and ongoing paying £8.63 p/hr going up to £12.08 p/hr after 13 working weeks. The security clearance you will need for this role can take around 6 to 8 weeks to come through - it is imperative that you only apply if you are able to wait for this to be received before commencing employment.
