Account Manager - French Speaking

Salary: £18,000 -£19,000pa DOE

Due to the location of the site having your own transport is essential

The Role:

You will have your own client accounts to manage
Managing client's requirements via telephone and email
Processing orders and complaints in both French & English
Part of your role will be to promote the company and its services to generate new revenue streams.

The Person:

Fluent in French
Have a passion for delivering a quality client experience.
Have a confident and professional telephone manner.
Be able to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds and accuracy levels
Demonstrate a sound working knowledge in Microsoft Office
Have previous experience in a customer focused role in a commercial environment
Good time management skills
