My Client are one of the UK`s leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.

Your main responsibilities will include:
" Managing and growing your client portfolio through excellent relationship management with clients, students, and teachers
" Assessing student language levels, objectives, and logistical needs and matching them to the best teachers
" Identifying and coordinating with students, clients and teachers to set up and manage ongoing training course
" Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems
" Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedback
The ideal Account Manager will have:
" Excellent written & spoken English
" High attention to detail
" Good MS Excel and Numerical skills
" Proven track record of success in a Customer Service, Administrative or Account Management role
" Previous experience in the language training sector will be a significant advantage as would be a CELTA, TEFL or equivalent qualification
The role is office based but may require occasional travel to meet clients.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.45 AM- 5.45 PM
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Salary: £24,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
