Account Manager (Outbound)

The ideal candidate will be from a Business to Business (B2B)/ Cold calling B2B background i.e Recruitment Consultant who also has some previous experience in retail - using a till system. Must be a confident and outgoing charachter as your main role would be outbound calling to gain new business and build relationsips.
-Great working hours, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30 (37.5 hours)

The successful candidate will work in a team of like individuals where your busy day will be spent calling prospective customers to actively sell them the benefits of their products. You will be provided with all the training and support you need to maximise your potential and earnings.
As the location is quite difficult to reach by public transport it is preferred that you have your own transport (Car/bike)
Do you have?
-Experience in outbound Sales calls and not afraid to pick up the phone
-Customer Service background
-Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive personality and attitude.
-Ability to build rapport with people over the telephone.
-Ability to work within a team and independently.
-Ability to listen, digest information and respond accordingly.

Day to Day Duties:
-Selling their products and services via outbound calling to prospective customers from their database making appointments for the external sales team to convert to active customers.
-Communicating with prospective customers via emails, brochures and letters.
-Taking full advantage of any inbound enquiries in an effective & professional manner.
-Delivering a first-class customer experience from the outset.
-Administration of records to the highest standard and updating the company`s CRM system as required.
-Effectively manage diary and pipeline prospects
