Our large and growing family run business is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Service Executive to join their team.
The role will be require you to deal with all sales enquiries, produce quotations and transact orders to achieve the Company`s monthly agreed sales targets.
You will be expected to achieve monthly sales and personal targets whilst maintaining margin, handle incoming orders and processing in an accurate and timely manner within company daily deadlines and also deal with incoming phone calls and directing them promptly and efficiently to the relevant departments. You will also be expected to make a pre-agreed number of prospect calls to potential and existing customers
You will also be expected to maintain the managed account list to ensure customer relations are kept up to date along with maximising the customers spend and potential spend as per own managed account targets, respond to new business leads in a professional and prompt manner, generate quotations and work closely with external sales executives by completing quotations, making visit bookings to meet visit and team sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be goal and target driven, be able to demonstrate 1st class communication skills and also have excellent telephone manner. You will also be customer focused, be computer literate and be flexible and a good team player.
The role is offering a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum plus OTE and the working week is 9-5:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-5 on a Friday
