My client is an award winning well established organisation with an established reputation for providing it`s customers with excellent products and service.Due to expansion my client is looking for an additional member of staff to join their team.
Essentially the key element of the role will be to provide customers with a professional and exceptional customer service experience ,maximise the customer retention and develop close relationships at every appropriate level and fully understand their needs.
On a day to day basis you will manage the client base and dealing with inbound and outbound calls and queries dealing with customer and dealer enquiries, working towards a target of customer retention of 99% and managing the customer expectations.
Ideally you will have a proactive approach and be self motivated ! Excellent communication skills is a prerequisite for the role along with an account management or customer service background. An interest in technology and current trends is beneficial.
The salary range is £20-£24K which is dependant on your experience. There is a competitive bonus scheme ,ongoing personal development ,full training and a busy fun working environment.
Other benefits include free car parking ,the hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.21 days holiday initially rising to a maximum of 25 days after length of service + a duvet day !
