Key Responsibilities for the Telesales Account Manager include..

Carrying out effective business reviews over the phone that establish companies` needs and challenges, in order to provide them the product/service which will best suit them
" Managing existing accounts, promoting new products and developing the relationship
" New business calls, developing leads from initial contact through to closing deals
" Proposing innovative digital solutions to clients to assist them attracting ideal candidates and promoting themselves

The Account Manager role is a fast paced position, you will be generating new business and building on existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have several years of proven success in a outbound B2B telesales environment and be a natural extrovert. You must be able to think quickly on their feet, have excellent rapport building skills and be able to really understand what the client wants and the best way to provide that service.
