Account Manager - Telesales
Brook Street are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious person to join our client's laboratory instrumentation & consumables telesales team as an Account Manager.
Within this role you will be driving the sales and customer satisfaction to gain new customers and build great relationships with existing customers.
" Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers by successfully managing the sales process and continually developing the sales pipeline.
" Develop an understanding of customers' often complex buying processes by building meaningful customer relationships at all levels.
" Provide responsive & knowledgeable technical & commercial solutions to customers' requirements - working closely with the Product Specialist & Service Teams.
" Participate in sales, technical and CRM system training, sales meetings & digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements for the opportunity:
" A Bachelor of Science degree or relevant sales/ laboratory experience.
" Experience in a telesales or field sales function in the laboratory sector is desirable but not essential, as a high level of training will be provided.
" The ability, drive & flexibility to work in a fast-developing & complex environment - to deadlines - converting customer issues into sales opportunities. The ability to build strong working relationship within the organisation: sales, commercial operations, service & digital marketing.
" Self-motivated, focussed & organised
" Confident, credible and articulate with good verbal & written communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Working hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 17:00 Friday
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience + bonus
