Brook Street UK Ltd are delighted be recruiting for an Account Services Administrator for our Public Sector client based in Lisburn

Our client has advised us that the role is temporary ( 6months) and full time hours (36.25) per week

The main purpose of the role is to process payments and income in an efficient, effective, accurate and timely manner and in compliance with legislation, financial instructions, scheme of delegation, policies, procedures and best practice

Our client has requested that applicants applying to the role must be able to demonstrate the following
Effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail and the ability to work individually or as a team member;
Effective communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to provide timely and accurate information;
Customer service orientation.
Competent in the use of Windows and other Microsoft applications


It is essential that you have the following qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs at 'A', 'B', or 'C' grades or equivalent (including English Language and Mathematics). Have a minimum of two years' experience working in an Accounts Office environment include: Processing payments and income; and Working with a computerised accounts package
Desirable: Hold or be working towards a membership of an Accounting Body i.e. CCAB or AAT/ATI


In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £10.35 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
