My client is a long-established apprenticeships provider who is looking for an Account Support Coordinator to join their ever-growing team.
You`ll be the efficient support for the Business Development Team, working closely and being a key support for all Account Managers. You will be a professional person who is easy to work with people of all levels, that can be flexible to work around changing business needs and ultimately a team player.
o Being a client management point of contact for employers
o Provide support with administration and processing of documentation
o Liaison with account managers and internal departments
o Proactive relationship building with clients
o Actively identifying further development opportunities with clients
o Supporting the business development team to achieve monthly target sets
o Taking client management actions as agreed with Account Managers
o Handle any apprenticeship queries professionally and efficiently, and within given time frames
o Support the Recruitment team with apprentice recruitment
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement of all roles as you may include sole supervision of young people or vulnerable adults
