Job Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, and working with key stakeholders across the business, this role will take full ownership of the financial records and reporting of the Lettings division of this successful property company based in the heart of Manchester

Your range of responsibilities will be varied and will include:

Financial Controls:
Bank / Card / Cash reconciliations
Procurement process compliance monitoring & reporting
Client funds management / reporting
Tenant deposit monitoring
Supplier statement reconciliations

Drafting Management Accounts:
Balance sheet reconciliations
Intercompany journals
Accruals & Prepayments
Deferred Income calculations

Supporting the FC with cash flow management:
Preparation of weekly supplier payment runs
Processing tenant refunds
Processing Investor payments

Responsibility for statutory compliance:
VAT / NRL / WHT Returns

You will also support the Financial Controller in:
Budgeting & Forecasting, 3rd party stakeholder reporting, Process Improvement plans and Software implementation projects


Previous experience within a similar role is essential. Qualified or Part Qualified in CIMA or ACCA is essential. Please send your up to date CV
