Accounts Assistant

Part Time Position Available

Hours: 15 hours per week - flexible on days and times

Location: Gilberdyke

Salary: £10.00 to £12.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Our client is one of Yorkshire's most well-regarded health partners and is currently looking for a Account Assistant to join their well established and growing team on a temporary basis with the potential to be made permanent.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Accounts Assistant and should have a keen eye for detail due to amount of data input required, additionally you will also have great communication skills and be able to work well in a team and on your own initiative.

Main Duties

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain the accuracy of the Sales & Purchase Ledgers
  • Input data accurately
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the apprentice
  • General reconciliation work
  • Working with systems such as SAGE50 & Xero
