Job Description

Job title: Accounts Administrator
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday- Friday
Location: Stourbridge

My client is highly successful property surveyor who is committed to offering professional advice and guidance on commercial properties. They are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their successful team. The company has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Accounts Administrator responsibilities:

" Processing monthly invoices
" Company banking administration
" Following up on unpaid invoices
" Data entry onto financial spreadsheets
" Resolving any payment enquiries from engineers and customers
" Taking payments from customers over the phone

Accounts Administrator desired skills and experience:

" Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
" Must have good working experience with Sage and Invoicing
" The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft packages
" Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
" Experience with chasing debt would be an advantage

The Accounts Administration position offers a competitive basic salary circa £20K pending experience and additional company benefits
