Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking an Accounts Administrator to work within our client's Accounts team for a period of 7 weeks from week commencing 5th November 2018.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the best employers in Northern Ireland, and an employer-of-choice within the north-west. Working as an Administrative Assistant within our client's Accounts department will also help the successful candidate to develop or further develop their Admin and Accounts skills.
The duties of the role will include entering Accounts Payable information into the system, conducting other data entry duties, managing the department's Outlook mailbox, and scanning invoices.
Candidates must be IT-literate, particularly with MS Outlook and MS Excel and must be available to start on 5th November.
