Have you worked in an Accounts and Office Administrator environment? Are you confident using Sage and looking to join a well established company? If so my client based in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
You will be a self-starter and willing to be involved/helping with different sides of the business on a daily basis. The role is varied and you will be working along-side Payroll. You will be highly organised and able to use Word/Excel/Outlook proficiently. You will be familiar working as an accounts administrator and have an excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Your daily duties will consist of:
Using Sage to cross reference invoices / purchases
Compile weekly invoices
Debtors - running reports and chasing
Maintaining the filing system
General office administration including scanning, taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails.
The company offer 20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday, pension and free on-site parking.
