Job Description

PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We have a vacancy for an accounts based administrator. The role will include use of Microsoft suite of programs along with Sage. Must be proficient in using these.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of accounts-based admin duties such as generating delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, booking transport, liaising with customers and suppliers and other admin duties etc.
The company employs the very best staff most of which are here for the long term. You must be diligent, reliable and conscientious, and wish to work with similar responsible people. Must have good English and presentation skills and be able to organise and manage your own work.
The role is for 3 days per week 9am to 5pm, with potential to increase to 5 days per week in the future, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme.
