In order to be considered for this role you would need to have worked with Amazon before as this is one of the companies main accounts.
This job will be paying between £23,000 - £24,000 per year and if a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
The duties include:
" Answering the phone, take orders over telephone and assisting customers with their queries
" Processing sales orders, arranging deliveries and raising invoices
" Managing sales ledger
" Processing invoices, reconciling sales invoices to make sure they are added against the right supplier`s account on the system.
" Matching invoices against delivery note
" Chasing overdue payments
" Managing e-commerce and web orders and customers
" Respond to customer enquiry and complaint emails
" Opening new trade and private retail accounts
" Managing and coordinating all deliveries with the logistic and warehouse
" Producing reports for management
" Monitor inventory, office stock and other supplies as and when required
" Recruitment Admin: inviting candidates for interview and sending out reference request and chasing referees for completion.
" Other office duties as required
