We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant to join our company based in Cheadle.
You will handle all payment queries and liaise daily with company accountant.
The role will involve data input onto SAGE system and manually checking invoices creating reference numbers for each job. Purchase Ledger - Processing 2000 invoices per month, setting up new Suppliers, preparing the supplier payment run twice a month and posting all payments to the Bank.
This company are also now moving with the times- and have just introduced software called PaperLess that integrates with Sage to assist in posting invoices - (knowledge of using this would be helpful but not essential)
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAGE, excellent I.T skills and strong communication and the ability to work on your own and as part as a team. If you have a confident manner this is the position for you.
Salary - £19,000 -£22,000
Hours- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Also comes with free parking if you drive
