We are recruiting for an Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant (with general admin duties) to join our client's fun team in Hainult.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a financial role who is looking for their next step to grow and develop with our client's company.
Your Daily Duties will include:
Checking suppliers invoices with purchase orders
Liaising with other staff to have differences resolved and corrected
Processing suppliers invoices on Quickbooks
Reconciling suppliers statements
Creating supplier payments on Quickbooks for weekly payment run and sending our remittance advices
Reconciling bank statements
Maintaining accounts filing system
Supervision of building maintenance issues
It is a MUST have requirement to have used and fell confident using quickbooks.
£22,000 - £25,000. Pension, holiday allowance.
