Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area, you will be expected to deal with internal and external financial queries - ranging from invoice queries, working directly with customers, suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries effectively and efficiently.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Processing subcontractor invoices under CIS.
Maintaining and ordering company stationary as and when required.
Processing and entering job specific costs using Microsoft Excel.
Placing and paying for online orders using BACS and credit card orders.
Assisting with both credit control and purchase ledger focused duties.

Be proficient in accountancy software - specifically SAGE.
