Job Description

Are you an experienced Account Assistant? Looking for an opportunity to work for a small but well-established Accountancy firm based in the heart of Bolton? Then read on.

I am honoured to work for this client who are looking for a positive, hardworking individual who will fit in well with their experienced team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good level of computer literacy and an ability to use bespoke accounting systems - SAGE, ideally XERO, and of course the various Microsoft modules -Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

They will have the ability to show a good level of bookkeeping, a good knowledge of VAT guidelines, corporation Tax etc.

A good knowledge of accounts prepping, and progressing is required for this role.

The ability to work to deadlines is essential, but also being able to fit in well with the current team.

This client will support learning from a time perspective and actively encourages their team to do this.

Location - Bolton
Hours - Monday - Friday 9-5 (1 hour for lunch) - this will be office based.
Salary - £22-25,000 (depending on your track record within this role)
Benefits - 22 days annual holidays plus bank holidays, paid for parking, annual pay reviews
