Calling all Accounts Assistants … a great opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy head office based in Chertsey.

The ideal candidate will be confident, proficient in Microsoft Office packages, have excellent time management skills and be adaptable to arising situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

oBank and cash reconciliations
oReconciling property portfolio
oPreparing suppliers payments
oPreparing weekly reports, administration and other ad hoc duties as required
oRecording and reconciling companies credit card/petty cash.
oPosting and Processing staff expenses

oMaintaining sales and purchase ledger

Beneficial skills:
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-A high level of attention to detail
-The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Exposure to the Finance industry and role of an Accounts Assistant/bookkeeper
-Part Qualified level or actively studying towards accountancy exams
-Proficient in Xero/Sage systems

This opportunity is offering a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) for a working week of 40hours between 9am and 5.30pm. With the additional benefits of on site parking, support and development for your career growth and more!
