Role - Accounts Assistant
Location - Rural Tunbridge Wells (car driver ideal)
Hours - Monday to Friday - 8/8.30am till 4/4.30pm
Start Date - Asap
Duration - 1 / 2 months
Pay - Depending on experience - £12.00/£14.00 per hour

I have a client looking for a temporary member of staff to support for around a month or so in the finance department.

We are looking for a strong accounts assistant as duties will include; Data Entry, Data Entry, bank reconciliation, dealing with all enquires.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous accounts package experience who is forward thinking, pro active and a real team player. This company uses a bespoke system which full training will be given on. Systems currently used are PASS and ISAMS

Duties will include
-Administration
-Answering calls and dealing with all queries
-Bank Reconciliation
-Chasing Payments
-Supporting a team of 4 with all other ad hoc duties
