Accounts Assistant

Job Description

Do you have experience in accounts? Able to process payroll? And want to be part of a well-established small business?

My client is seeking a hardworking and experience individual to join their team as an Accounts Assistant. You will have good knowledge and Purchase Ledger abilities, attention to detail, strong team player, adaptable, brilliant communication and administration skills, able to provide solid support to the team and ideally have experience in payroll.

This is a very varied position and will suit someone who enjoys a role that will involve providing support to the team where needed and assisting with any tasks that need to be completed.

Duties:
- Answering the phone
- Weekly payroll
- Dealing with orders
- Purchase ledger duties
- Dealing with account queries
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets

Role: Accounts Assistant
Location: Hadlow (Must be able to drive, due to rural location)
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: £22-£25k (Depending on experience)
