Job Description

We are look for an experience Accounts Assistant, who wants to work for a well established client in the Hull City Centre.

The hours of work will be 35 hours per week (9-5 with one hour for lunch)

Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience

The main duties to include:-

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Preparation of supplier payment runs
  • Processing of banking transactions, both incoming and outgoing
  • Allocating funds to client records
  • Preparing Payments to be made from client funds
  • Processing invoices raised by the firm

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade A to C, previous experience of working in a finance environment and use of Microsoft products (eg Excel).

We are looking for an individual with good attention to detail, be numerate and able to communicate clearly. They will be required to work to deadlines. We are looking for someone who is able to integrate into our existing, hardworking team.
