My client are looking for an experienced all round Account Assistant to come in and hit the ground running.
To complete all accounts administration tasks ensuring data is recorded and reconciled accurately/ correctly and in line with company policy and financial auditing requirements and underpin the Accounts Manager.
To deliver effective customer service to external and internal customers.
o To take instructions from the account's manager
o Deal with all sales invoices
o Purchase orders
o Bank Reconciliations
o To be cost effective at all times and to encourage others where appropriate
oTo appropriately use company IT systems.
