My client in Tonbridge are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. You will be supporting the Finance Director by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, preparing accounts to trial balance, filing and other duties as needed.
Your duties will include:
Posting daily transactions from bank statement
Weekly bank reconciliation
Weekly supplier payments
Sales and purchase ledger reconciliation
Weekly sales and order reports
Posting purchase ledger invoices
Producing monthly journals
Produce accounts to trial balance
General office duties
