We`re a manufacturer and distributor of bespoke printing products with some top well known clients. We now have a position open up as an Accounts Assistant. This position will be ideal for a skilled administrator who`s looking to start a career in Accounts.
In your new role you will be reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager with great support. You`ll work alongside a small admin team but you will have the accounts related responsibilities.
Responsibilities such as processing invoices onto SAGE 50. This could be around 60-100 per day but of course can vary.
You will also be dealing with all aspects of Purchase Ledger as well as checking statements and preparing for settlement.
Due to the friendly nature of the office, everyone does their bit to help with general office admin duties. You will also be required to help.
Nice relaxed working environment with a great team and products! This is a full time permanent role of Monday to Friday. Hours of 9-5:30.
We`re looking for someone who is computer literate, and has used SAGE 50 before. Preferably one year office background along with a down to earth personality with a willingness to learn.
