An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join this thriving property company based in South Manchester.
The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, an excellent written and verbal communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.
You will have had some previous experience working within an office environment and must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and Sage 50.
You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all general accounts tasks, including but not limited to;
Weekly contractor payment runs
Creating and logging invoices
Process and pay staff expenses claims
Reporting on cash levels
Analysis and projection of weekly income
Journals and pre-payments
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with management accounts production
Working hours are 8:45 to 5:30 with an hour for lunch. The company would also consider someone who is looking for part time hours.
