An exciting (mat cover ) opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join an established locally based company based in St Albans.
Working within a friendly environment you will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the business. Company offers free parking and a pension scheme.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Daily bank receipts postings
- Credit Control
- Processing invoices expense forms and requests for payment
- Preparing nominal ledger transaction
- Maintaining spreadsheets
The salary for this role is £25K and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch.
We are looking for a hard working individual who has Credit Control/Bookkeeping/Purchase Ledger and ideally be AAT qualified although this is not a must.
