Accounts Assistant - Practice Based

Are you an Accounts Assistant that is AAT qualified or qualified by experienced with a over two years experience in practice?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the South Liverpool area, you will be an experienced Accounts Assistant, ideally within a detailed practice industry.

Benefits for this role include:

A competitive basic salary ranging between £20,000-£23,000 per annum.

Working hours between 0900-1700.

Your day to day responsibilities in this role include:

Communicating and providing core support to clients on a regular basis.

Ensuring that year ends are submitted with accordance to deadlines within HMRC.

Good knowledge in both business and personal tax.

Completing payroll runs and auto enrolment pensions.

Completing VAT returns and have some form of knowledge within MTD.

Deal with client queries both over the phone and via e-mail.

In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:

AAT qualified or be qualified by experience alongside over two years experience in practice.

Good communication skills and confidence in communicating with clients daily.

Experienced in using accountancy software and also hold a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
