Accounts Assistant - Sheffield
Salary dependent on Experience £20,000 to £23,000
My client is a growing business in the heart of Sheffield that is looking to add a qualified Accounts Assistant to their small, friendly finance team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate that is AAT/ACCA qualified to build a career at an exciting, thriving manufacturing business.
This is a full-time, permanent position with the potential to grow both personally and professionally.
Sales ledger / Credit control - Debtor control and reconciliation, Chasing of overdue invoices, Production of month end / year end documents and reporting.
Purchase ledger - Processing of purchase invoices within sage system, Coding of purchase invoices, Reconciliation of supplier statements
Payroll - Weekly timesheets and production figures, Monthly bonus payments and holiday pay, Pension payments, BACS payments, Processing of year end payroll requirements,
What experience is needed from you
- Experience Assisting in Accounts - Payroll, Sales/Purchase ledger, credit control
- AAT/ACCA Qualified
- Sage, Zero Software Knowledge
- A can-do attitude and willing to learn new skills
