Operations duty Manager & Stock Coordinator/Accounts
Telford
£18,000 + Excellent benefits

Our client in Telford is looking for a talented, multi-skilled individual to join their organisation.


Person Specification
" Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
" Excellent IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel
" Well organised with a methodical approach to work
" Ability to work to deadlines
" Self-motivated with the drive and energy to see a task through to completion
" The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong positive attitude and will actively seek the opportunity to work as part of a wider team



Duties and Responsibilities:

" Providing effective systems of control which constantly monitors and reports the food and beverage material
" Ensuring `Optimum Control` of the stock program
" Ensuring that the prices are entered and programmed correctly
" Investigating changes and variances and adjustments
" Reconciling systems
" Ensuring all invoices are processed speedily
" Utilising Excel data tables for comparison of purchases and budgets.
" Checking delivery invoices and addressing discrepancies
" Retrieve Credits & invoices.
" Analysis of cost of sales and pricing, to maintain budget standards
" Support on F&B projects / promotions as required and assist in developing best practice with the F&B department
" Periodic stock takes
" Various reporting, recording, monitoring and analysis
" Deliver, and encourage the highest standard and quality of Customer Service delivery at all times
" Report any maintenance faults and Health and Safety issues and check these are rectified as appropriate
" Liaising with all departments

FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION
40 hours per week - Generally Monday to Friday with occasional hours over a weekend. In addition to this, `sleep-in` shifts will be required on a rota basis when performing the role of Duty Manager. It is expected that following 6 months in post, the successful candidate will be fully conversant with all duties of the role.
