Job Description
My client based in Belfast are looking to recruit a Part time Accounts Assistant to join their team
My client has advised that the role is temporary up to 9 months Maternity Cover. The role is part time of 22.5 hours per week, my client will offer flexibility with the working hours which can be discussed at registration.
The successful applicant must be able to present the following on their CV
Must have prior experience of working in an accounts department
Strong knowledge and proven experience with accounting system packages
Good knowledge of using Microsoft Excel
Solid Understanding and experience of processing Bank Reconciliation's
We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual who pays strong attention to detail and guarantees total confidentiality of work information
The Accounts Assistant is a pivotal role within the Finance Department. The applicant will be responsible for payroll, accounts payable, banking, employee expense re-imbursements and bank management and reconciliations
In return, you will be paid an attractive hourly rate of £15.80 p/h
