Accounts Assistant Team Leader
Location: Kings Hill
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

An expanding market-leading insurance company based in Kings Hill are looking for an Accounts Team leader to manage 4 Accounts Admin staff. The role will be reporting to the Finance Manager performing a variety of senior accounting duties; including coding and posting invoices, ensuring all documentation is in place and updated, processing claims and other payments, managing reconciliations, credit control, team performance management, production of reports and other general accounting duties. Due to continuous company expansion, this role also offers fantastic learning and progression opportunities!
The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing senior accounting duties and will have leadership experience. As this role will be a leadership position, the Team leader will be accountable for ensuring deadlines are met and will also be managing their team's personal development plans and training requirements.
