Do you have two year's experience in an accountancy / finance focused role? Are you confident working in all round Accounts Clerk role?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Liverpool city centre, you can look forward to joining a well-established property & asset management company.
In this role, you will support their wider team in the allocating of incoming payments to the correct leaseholders and producing statements on request.

Day to day duties in this role will include:
Allocating incoming payments to the correct apartment/leaseholder.
Producing statements either monthly or quarterly.
Liaising with tenants regarding rental queries, payments and arrears.
Handle rents for hundreds of leaseholders for properties.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Have at least 1-2 years' experience in an Accounts Clerk role
Have strong systems and IT skills / experience
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Have strong numeracy skills
Be able to work independently but also be happy to support and work with the wider teams in the office
