If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office on the Wirral, you will be the first point of contact for all service customers and be able to provide a professional and efficient customer service to all clients.

Competitive annual salary - ranging between £18,000 to £20,000 (depending on experience)

Basic working hours - ranging between Mon-Fri, 0800-1800
Day to day duties for this role include:
Dealing with priority customers and accounts.
Managing engineers on a daily basis - arranging all reactive and quoted jobs.
Scheduling engineers to attend jobs within a set time period.
Ensuring valid Purchase Orders are received for any specific call out requests.
Assisting customers with general and job specific enquiries.
Commercially aware and forecast works within that specific set area.
Maintaining and owning both Customer & Internal Portals and Trackers.
To successfully apply for this role, you must have the following experience:
At least 2 year's experience in a customer service focused role - ideally within an engineering or industrial focused company.
GCSE English and Mathematics at Level C or above.
Worked towards tight timescales, under pressure and worked towards KPI`s previously.
Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Excellent telephone manner and core communication skills.
