Accounts Data Entry Clerk

Location: Formby, Merseyside

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Pay rate: £8.21

Temp to perm role after 12 weeks

Our client is looking for an accounts data entry clerk to become an integral member of the Accounts team, completing a wide range of tasks such as updating spreadsheets, processing payments/refunds, checking costs and completing basic administrative tasks.

As an accounts data entry clerk, you should have:

* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment as part of a rapidly growing team
* Excellent numerical and IT skills; the ability to utilise the in-house computer systems
* Flexibility to adapt well to change

As an accounts data entry clerk your responsibilities will include:

* Processing payments and refunds
* Responding to account queries
* Experience with SAGE accounting software and Microsoft Excel would be desirable
