Job Description

Job title: Accounts manager
Hours: 37.5
Location: Hereford

My client is a nationally known practice that due to growth require a senior accountant/ manager. This business has a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment with a possibility to progress to further managerial roles

Accounts manager responsibilities:

" Getting involved in complex assignments and review completed accounts
" Maintaining and improving client relationships
" Monitoring your chargeability and profitability
" Managing performance and workflow of the accounts department
" Coaching and mentoring staff and contributing to office training

Accounts manager desired Skills and Experience:

" ACA or ACCA qualification is desired
" 6 years post qualified experience is preferred
" Experience in business development and managing client relationships is also desired
" experience with Xero and other cloud packages are preferred
