Job Description

Accounts Manager - Part Time

25 Hours per week

£18500-£19000

Job Overview:
- Experience of preparing worldwide VAT sales invoices across different currencies and different VAT categories.
- Detail knowledge and experience of Microsoft excel and sage 200
- Strong ability to accurately record all the company's accounting transactions.

Further requirements:

- Sales invoices
- Process PAYE/NIC payments
- Credit control
- Ability to manage subscriptions, including processing of online applications
- Experience of maintaining cash and expense records for foreign cash balance.
- Reconcile credit card statements with receipts and record payments.

Additional attributes:

- Maintain schedule of sales produced from weekly staff sales sheets
- Prepare commission calculations for sales staff remuneration
- Experience of identifying sales in advance within sales invoices, maintaining appropriate records of deferred income, calculating deferred income in accordance with accounting policies and allocating quarterly journals to nominal ledger
- Record and monitor sales targets
- Organisation and ordering of trade show stands
