Brook Street (UK) Ltd is currently recruiting for a permanent ADMIN/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT for our client in the Lurgan Area.
Our client is an established, successful business we`ve been working with for the past year and, due to expansion they have approached Brook Street (UK) Ltd to assist them in developing their ADMIN/ACCOUNTS team.
The ADMIN/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT will oversee the day-to-day activities for the administration department and will report directly to the Manager.
The Ideal Candidate will be required to complete accurate data recording of invoices onto SAGE. Preparation of weekly and monthly customer invoices, bank lodgements, handle email and telephone accounts enquiries & the paying of supplier invoices.
The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of GCSE English & Maths; they must be computer literate especially in use of Microsoft programmes. Relevant SAGE 50 accounts experience essential. Must be neat and tidy to record manual transactions and have a confident telephone manner.
The salary for this role will be £7.20 per hour, incorporating 20 to 30 hours per week. Hours can be discussed at interview stage . Free car-parking on-site.
