We are recruiting a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our client in an Admin & Sales Support role, the role is initially for 9 months maternity cover. The role will be based in Kings Lynn working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will get the chance to join a fantastic thriving business with a team to match, this leading environmental company operates globally and prides itself on providing excellent services and products to all customers.
The successful candidate will be expected to process orders, including invoicing of sales and purchases. Schedule orders and logistics, manage CRM function & sales reports, assist in marketing activities, which will include following up on web enquiries, be telephone sales support for technical and sales staff and to carry out general admin duties.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent telephone manner with telephone sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Knowledge of CRM databases
Knowledge of MS Navision Dynamics
Excellent organisational skills
Qualified in European languages - (desirable)
Able to drive
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000
