Brook Street are working with a leading firm based in the Newport area who are looking for an admin assistant to help the team.
The Job role -
The candidate will work closely alongside all departments, providing administrative support when required. The role will consist of post room duties, working alongside the current post room assistant to ensure that all post is franked, additionally ensuring that all photocopying is completed as requested. They will also support the legal departments from an administrative and secretarial perspective.

The Ideal Candidate -
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, with aspirations of progressing to secretarial level. The candidate will be able to work well under pressure, whilst ensuring that all deadlines are met. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, in addition to being fully IT literate.
