Job title: Admin Assistant
My client is an internationally known company that due to growth require an Admin Assistant. The business have a fantastic reputation for developing their staff such as paying for qualifications such as CIPD. This role comes with benefits such as free parking, free eye tests, discounts to use and a good pension plan. This role is 35 hours with a possibility of 40 hours. This role is based on the warehouse floors therefore there`s never a dull moment!
Admin Assistant responsibilities:
" Completing inductions for new staff
" Dealing with HR aspects such as RTW, Absences, Holiday requests, answering phones
" Assisting with weekly figures
" Maintaining rota`s
" Chasing signage of timesheets
" Attending meetings
" Liaising with employees from Directors to Temps on the floor
Admin Assistant desired Skills and Experience:
" HR experience is desired but not essential
" Confidence is important
" GCSE`s or equivalent is essential
" Must be computer literate; Microsoft packages specifically Excel
